Vane Axial Fans

Agri-Systems offers a wide range of vane axial fans with sizes from 12" to 28" diameters to fit your grain storage system's needs. Axial fans come with air vanes as a standard feature for all 18" and larger models. Air vanes improve air flow at higher static pressure by reducing air turbulence created by the vane axial fan. Your grain drying system depends on a reliable fan to push air into your grain bins. That is why all our vane axial fans come with standard totally-enclosed, air over (TEAO) motor with range from 3/4 to 15 horsepower. Agri-Systems fan motors come with a unique two-piece motor mount/fan support to provide a solid connection for mounting the vane axial fan to increase stability during operation. A great thing about the dynamically-balanced cast aluminum blades is that they are designed for efficient air handling performance at a high static pressure and come as a standard feature on our vane axial fans improving your overall efficiency.

Motor - Totally-enclosed, air over (TEAO) motors are standard for all Brock GUARDIAN Series axial fans.

Air Vanes - Air vanes are a standard feature on all 18-inch (457-mm) diameter and larger fans. The vanes aid efficient air flow at higher static pressures by reducing air turbulence.

Motor Mount - Two-piece bolt-together motor mount/fan support provides a solid connection for mounting the fan and aids fan stability during operation.

Blades - Dynamically-balanced cast aluminum blade has modern air foil design for efficient air handling.

Venturi - Fan's venturi opening uses innovative curvature design for efficient air performance.

Screen Guard - 10-mil PVC coating on screen guard provides superior corrosion resistance and attractive appearance
