Grain Bin Erection
We have completed countless grain bin erections in our over fifty years of experience. Our dedicated grain bin builder team can complete a wide range of jobs, from small 18’ farm bins and tanks to large 156’ diameter bins. We get the job done quickly and correctly regardless of size and scope. Although we never cut corners for safety and accuracy, we are notorious for always completing our work on time.

Concrete and Foundations

Agri-Systems, Inc. employs a team of knowledgeable sales staff and design and engineering experts who collaborate with you and each other to ensure a smart, sustainable, efficient design schematic. Together, we can set you up with the highest quality products, smart grain handling solutions, intelligent design, smooth and efficient construction, and a long-lasting storage and handling solution that can be expanded easily with minimal maintenance.
How do we do it? First, we meet with you to get to know your unique goals and needs. This includes making a visit to survey your site and existing equipment. Accuracy and precision are always of the utmost importance to us. Next, our team provides detailed design drawings with Auto Cad so you can visualize and approve the project. Once approved, your design is shown to our suppliers to ensure perfection throughout the fabrication process.

Repair & Storm Damage
Whether your site has been completely devastated by a storm or dented from an accident, we’re here to get you back up and running at full capacity. We understand how these unexpected situations can be stressful and negatively impact your performance. Our team will quickly and accurately assess the damage and determine the best repair solution for your enterprise. Some of our common repairs include:

Upgrades
Many commercial enterprises and farmers find themselves in a position where they have existing grain bins, but need help making their system more efficient, safe, and user-friendly. We can provide upgrades that modernize and improve your operation. This may include bringing in additional bin rings for increased storage capacity or even converting an existing bin into a drying bin. Some of our common upgrade projects include:
- Installing Aeration Systems- adding floors, fans, heaters, and roof vents to existing grain bins
- Installing Ladders or Stairways- adding inside ladders, platforms, safety cages, and spiral stairways
- Installing Unloading Equipment- upgrading to faster unloading equipment, adding power sweeps, etc.
- Conversion to Drying- adding stirring machines, fans and heaters, and outside bin liners to convert your bin into an in-bin drying system
- Gaining Capacity- adding additional rings onto existing bins to gain more bushel capacity.
- Adding Accessories- installing roof vents, grain spreaders, level alerts, sensors, etc.
- Hopper Bottoms- putting your old grain bin on a hopper bottom for easier use
- Door Upgrades- installing a larger, more accessible door into existing bins, replacing the small old one.
